Our go-to pet store! Highly recommend! They have a great selection of healthy treats, including their own handmade snacks. Our dogs love coming to visit the friendly staff too. And they have a convenient DIY dog wash that makes bathing so much easier.

I went in today feeling a little overwhelmed as I am bringing a senior cat home with dementia tomorrow. Pam (at least I think that was her name), was sooo helpful with her recommendations as I want to make sure the old gal is as comfortable as possible with this transition.I just got home, opened up my bag, and Pam snuck some extra treats and supplements in my bag when I wasnt looking.Thank you so much!! Your kindness means a lot to me and I will be shopping here for any of my new little buddies needs.

Not happy after being told for 2+ years that I’ll get a free bag of food if I just buy a certain number of bags at a premium price. Then told…”oops, you ran out of time” when it was time for my free bag. The owner will undoubtedly reply that this is the “manufacturers decision” Ok, then PN could have given me courteous notice prior to now. I was NEVER told that this was a timed event. I’d been doing this for more than 1 yearUPDATE: I received a very amicable call from the owner. After accepting her gracious apology, I am amending this review to report that Pets Naturally DID THE RIGHT THING by me. She explained that her focus is/was the customer experience and I believe we created a win/win situation for all. Thank you Kathy!

Please do support.They might cost a couple bucks more than online sometimes but very price competitive overall.They’re the best in the area hands down and a real local gem for the the force of good.Every dog I know loves the fresh baked barkery treats and our cat has thrived after the Flora4 digestive aid; that a helpful employee recommended last year.If you’re a member of Oryana, you get a discount 😻. Oftentimes that makes it less expensive than ordering online and you have the opportunity to support an amazing business business celebrating it’s 11th and many more to come!

This is definitely one of the better options to shop at when it comes to small dogs! They have better fitting harnesses to choose from that fit my 5 pound yorkie. They have plenty of healthy treat options, too which I love and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

First time in the store, I was looking for one specific thing and the employees helped to get me to the right place. They were a little over zealous in telling me all the products they had when I simply wanted to just look at all of the supplements. In the future, I would recommend for them to ask if we want help or to hear about all the products.

I love this place. I come in here all the time. My dog has a ton of allergies and I know most of these treats are totally safe for her. The staff is great. They always welcome her in and give her lots of love and pets. She loves coming in more than I do lol

It’s the best pet store in town! They have so many great treats that have few ingredients so your pets are only getting what they really need. There is a huge selection of good kibble foods as well as many frozen raw options.There are also lots of options for beds, jackets, harnesses, leads, collars and lots more.
